Sentul Barat MRT station is an underground MRT station that serves the suburb of Sentul in northern-central Kuala Lumpur.

The MRT station is one of the stations being built as part of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) project on the MRT Putrajaya Line.

It started operations on March 16, 2023 as part of Phase Two operations of the MRT Putrajaya Line.

Entrances and Exit
Sentul Barat station currently accommodates 2 entrances.
The entrance B is located on the west side of Jalan Ipoh serving Kampung Kasipillay, while Entrance C is located to the east side of Jalan Ipoh serving the Sentul West and Taman Million neighborhoods.

The entrance B is located along Jalan Ipoh (Kepong bound) and it provides access to the bus stop, Taxi and E-hailing Layby, Jalan Kasipillay, Jalan Selvadurai, Kampung Kasipillay, Riverwalk Village, Rivercity Condominium, Putra Majestik, The Birch and Court 28 Residences.

The entrance C is located along Jalan Ipoh (KL bound) and it provides access to the feeder bus stop, Taxi and E-hailing Layby, Jalan Gagak, Jalan Strachan, Sentul West, Taman Million, Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (klpac), Sentul Depot, Rica Residence Sentul and KTM Sentul.
Entrance A has not been built and it is reserved for future integration.

MRT stations of MRT Putrajaya Line
The MRT Putrajaya Line is the second line of the KVMRT Project to be developed after the successful completion of first line —
MRT Kajang Line in July 2017.

The MRT Putrajaya alignment spans a total length of 57.7km, consisting of 44.2km of elevated tracks and 13.5km running through underground tunnels. It has 39 operational stations of which 30 stations are elevated stations and 9 underground stations.
