It started operations on March 16, 2023 as part of Phase Two operations of the MRT Putrajaya Line.

The Chan Sow Lin MRT station is part of the integrated Chan Sow Lin metro station in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. The metro station serves as an interchange station between the LRT Sri Petaling Line, LRT Ampang Line and the MRT Putrajaya Line.





The integrated Chan Sow Lin metro station is linked with pedestrian access to feature paid-to-paid area transfer between the LRT and MRT services.
Pedestrian access is available to ensure paid-to-paid area transfer between the Chan Sow Lin LRT station and Chan Sow Lin MRT station.
The Chan Sow Lin MRT station is the last underground station on the Putrajaya Line, before the line resurfaces at Kuchai MRT station.

The station is intended to serve patrons from the southern end of Pudu, the western end of Taman Maluri and the northwestern tip of Taman Miharja.

Pedestrian access is available for easy transfer between the Chan Sow Lin LRT station and Chan Sow Lin MRT station.








Entrances and Exit
The Chan Sow Lin MRT station has 3 entrances.
The entrance A is located along Jalan Chan Sow Lin. It provides access to the feeder bus stop, trunk line bus stop, taxi and private vehicle lay-bys, LRT Chan Sow Lin, Pudu Police Station, Wangsa Maju District Police Headquarters.


The entrance B is located along Jalan Chan Sow Lin.

The entrance C is is located along Jalan Metro Pudu and it provides access to the Pos Malaysia Pudu, Jalan Loke Yew, One Metro Pudu, and Fraser Business Park.

MRT Kajang Line in July 2017.

The MRT Putrajaya alignment spans a total length of 57.7km, consisting of 44.2km of elevated tracks and 13.5km running through underground tunnels. It has 39 operational stations of which 30 stations are elevated stations and 9 underground stations.
