
The Sungai Jernih MRT station is an elevated MRT station located in the northern precincts of downtown Kajang, Selangor. Feeder bus is available at this station.
The MRT station is on the MRT Kajang Line and was opened on 17 July 2017 under Phase Two operations of the line.
The station serves serves the suburb of Sungai Jernih and Saujana Impian in Kajang, Selangor and it is just 50 meters away from the Jernih Residence, Kajang.
The station adopts the standard elevated station design for the MRT Kajang Line, with two side platforms above the concourse level.
The Sungai Jernih MRT station has a layout and design similar to that of most other elevated stations on the line (except the terminus and underground stations).

The station is designed with the platform level on the topmost floor, consisting of two sheltered side platforms along a double tracked line and a single concourse housing ticketing facilities between the ground level and the platform level.
All levels are linked by lifts, stairways and escalators.




Exits and entrances
The station has two entrances, each on either side of Jalan Cheras. There is also a direct elevated walkway to the multi-storey park and ride facility located next to the station.
The entrance A is located at West side of Jalan Cheras. It serves the destination of Kampung Sungai Jernih and bus stop (Kuala Lumpur-bound).
The entrance B is located East side of Jalan Cheras. It leads to the Feeder bus station, multi-storey park and ride, bus stop (Kajang-bound) KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital, Tesco Extra Kajang, and Kampung Sungai Kantan.
The Park & Ride Walkway provides access to the Multi-storey park and ride building.

The Sungai Jernih MRT station is located located in the northern precincts of downtown Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.
The station stands at the northern gateway to Kajang town, along highway and just south of the southern end of the Grand Saga Expressway.
Near this station is a branch of Tesco Extra hypermarket, as well as the KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital and the Hulu Langat district education department.

Park and ride facility
As part of the construction of the MRT Kajang Line, a multi-storey multi-storey park and ride facility was also constructed at this station.
The park and ride facility has 598 car parking lots and 235 motorcycle parking lots.
For MRT user, the parking charge is RM4.30 per entry and maximum RM11 per day (overnight charges).

MRT stations of MRT Kajang Line
The MRT Kajang Line is the first line of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project (KVMRT). The line runs underground for a distance of 9.5km beneath the centre of Kuala Lumpur while the rest of the alignment is elevated. The line has 31 stations of which seven are underground.
