The Kwasa Sentral MRT station is an elevated MRT station serving the future development project known as Kwasa Damansara in Section U4 of Shah Alam, Selangor.


The Kwasa Sentral MRT station is one of the stations being built as part of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) project on the MRT Kajang Line.

It was opened on 16 December 2016 under Phase One operations of the MRT Kajang Line.







As the Kwasa Sentral MRT station is located away from Jalan Sungai Buloh, access to the station is via a newly constructed road leading from the Jalan Sungai Buloh – Persiaran Sungai Buloh intersection.
Currently, other than the station and its park and ride facility, there are no other buildings in the vicinity.

The Kwasa Sentral MRT station is designed with the platform level on the topmost floor, consisting of two sheltered side platforms along a double tracked line and a single concourse housing ticketing facilities between the ground level and the platform level.
All levels are linked by lifts, stairways and escalators.

The Kwasa Sentral MRT station is located within the future Kwasa Damansara development. It is located away from Jalan Sungai Buloh, access to the station is via a newly constructed road leading from the Jalan Sungai Buloh-Persiaran Sungai Buloh intersection.

Entrances and Exit
The Kwasa Sentral MRT station is designed with two entrances – Entrance A and Entrance B – but currently, only Entrance A is in use, leading to the feeder bus stop, taxi lay-by, drop-off area and the park and ride facility.

Entrance B is currently closed and will be opened when the area on the east side of the station is developed.
The entrance A is located at the west side of the station. It provides access to feeder bus stop, taxi and private vehicle lay-by, and park and ride.

The entrance B is located at the east side of the station and it is currently closed.

Feeder bus services

MRT stations of MRT Kajang Line
The MRT Kajang Line is the first line of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project (KVMRT) that began full operations in July 2017.

The MRT Kajang Line spans a total length of 51km and it runs underground for a distance of 9.5km beneath the centre of Kuala Lumpur while the rest of the alignment is elevated. The line has 30 stations of which 7 are underground station and 1 is provisional station (Bukit Kiara).
