As a security measure all luggages may be subjected to inspection by authorized officials and/or x-ray if necessary. All lugagges are also subjected to any airport rules and regulations pertaining to storage of luggage.
1) Storage / Locker facility at the exit area of the Domestic gates, Arrival Hall
The Luggage Storage / Left Luggage facility is located next to the exit area of the Domestic Gates at the klia2 Arrival Hall.
Upon exiting the Domestic Arrival gate, you will see the luggage storage facility located on your right side.
The facility is operational 24 hours daily for your convenience.
2) Storage / Locker facility at the Level 2, L2-136A, Gateway@klia2 mall
The Luggage Storage / Left Luggage facility is also available at shop unit L2-136A, Level 2 of the Gateway@klia2 mall.

Terms and Conditions for Storage / Locker Facility
- Please confirm the duration of your storage. No compensation or refund will be given for early collection of luggage.
- Please provide your passport when making transaction with Talasco Dagang Sdn Bhd (LCCT Left Luggage Service) for the documentation purpose.
- As a security measure all luggages is subjected to inspection (opening) and/or x-ray. All lugagges are also subjected to any airport rules and regulations regarding storage of luggage.
- Valuable goods, items or important documents are not recommended for storage. Talasco Dagang Sdn Bhd (LCCT Left Luggage Service) will not be liable for any damage or loss of important documents or valuable goods. It is highly recommended for luggage owner to wrap luggage before storing.
- Please check the storage expiry time and date before leaving the counter. Storage exceeding the valid storage period shall need to be paid the extra charges by customer.
- Unclaimed luggages (baggages not collected more than 3 months from the agreed collection date) will be disposed off by the management (in any way it sees fit) without any further notice or compensation whatsoever to the owner.
- Penalty of RM100 per key will be charged on any lost key cases.
- Terms: Cash only. please insist on receipt upon payment.
- All transactions are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) only. Please change your currency before making transaction with the left luggage counter.
- Meat and milk based product (any kind of wet food which produces odor) are strictly not allowed to be stored in here. The KLIA Left Luggage reserves the right to rummage and dispose the stored items once found.
- All depositors shall accept all the terms and conditions that are provided by Talasco Dagang Sdn Bhd (luggage storage) before storage.
