The 18km DUKE, an acronym for the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, forms the vital missing link in the Kuala Lumpur Road Master Plan, joining Jalan Duta in the west to Ampang in the east (North Western and North Eastern parts of Kuala Lumpur), and to the East Coast via the Karak Link.
Designed to cater for 120,000 vehicles per day, the Expressway will offer an attracitve alternative route for residents in the Klang Valley, especially for those travelling from east to west and vice versa and for those heading towards the city centre.
More than just improving connectivity, DUKE also disperses traffic from the city towards various suburban areas through multiple entry and exit points at major radial intersections.
