The level 1 of the Gateway@klia2 mall is dedicated as the Transportation Hub for the klia2 airport. At this level, you can find various travel options – bus services, taxi services, car rental services and the boarding platforms for Express Rail Link (ERL) train services – for you to utilize and move on to your next destination.

The Transportation hub is located at level 1 of the Gateway@klia2 mall. Once you exit from the Arrival Hall which is connected to level 2 of the Gateway@klia2 mall, just walk straight and follow the overhead signboards.

The level 1 at Gateway@klia2 mall is spacious and well lit, accommodating lots of waiting chairs for the convenience of the commuters.
Both lifts and escalators are available for the ease of different level access.
Taxi Services
Both Metered Taxi and Coupon-based Taxi services are available at Taxi Terminal at Transportation hub.

After purchasing your ticket at the taxi counter, exit to door 4 to board your taxi.
If you prefer a few hours of shut-eye on a bed instead of lounging in the public areas, the Capsule by Container Hotel at klia2 is readily available at this level.
Express Rail Link (ERL) Trains
The train ticket for ERL (KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit) train services is available for purchase at ERL station located on Level 2 of the Gateway@klia2 mall.
Travellers will buy the ticket and then go down to Level 1 to board the ERL train.
At the klia2 ERL station, you have these ERL options:
- KLIA Transit – 39 minutes from klia2 to KL Sentral
- KLIA Ekspres – 33 minutes from klia2 to KL Sentral
- KLIA to klia2 via KLIA Transit or KLIA Ekspres – 3 minutes
With the KLIA Transit, the total distance for the entire rail track from klia2 to KL Sentral is 59km and the journey time is 39 minutes.

Once you are at the boarding platforms for the ERL train, observe that platform A is for KLIA Ekspres and platform B is for KLIA Transit.
Driving your vehicle to klia2
If you are driving to klia2 airport, any of the following highways can be used:
- North-South Expressway (PLUS)
- Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE)
- New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE)
- Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS)
- Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP)
- South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE)
- Maju Expressway (MEX)
To connect to North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) then exit on KLIA Interchange (E608) and head to KLIA direction on KLIA Expressway.
