KLIA Transit is a rapid transit service designed specially for travellers and airport personnel to travel from Kuala Lumpur city center to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 (KLIA) and Terminal 2 (klia2).

Just like the KLIA Ekspres, the KLIA Transit shares the same tracks as the KLIA Ekspres, connecting Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 (KLIA) and Terminal 2 (klia2) to the KL Sentral station at Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The KLIA Transit is one of the two services on the Express Rail Link (ERL), sharing the same tracks as the KLIA Ekspres.
KLIA Transit stops at all stations along the line, while KLIA Ekspres runs non-stop between KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 (KLIA) & Terminal 2 (klia2).
The KLIA Transit train accommodates frequent departure with frequency of every 20 minutes during peak hours, and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours.
The ERL services now incorporate the new Siemens Desiro ET 425M EMU train which has a maximum speed of 160km/h with onboard features including infotainment systems, Wi-Fi, wheelchair compartments, and baggage racks.
Both the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit ERL train can accommodate up to 540 passengers.

The KLIA Transit performs routine services between KT6 Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) and the KT1 KL Sentral in the city, making quick stops at KT5 KLIA, KT4 Salak Tinggi, KT3 Putrajaya & Cyberjaya and KT2 Bandar Tasik Selatan.
With the KLIA Transit, the total distance for the entire rail track from Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (klia2) to the KL Sentral is 59km and the journey time is 39 minutes.
